I have all I need for this: know-how, passion, and contacts.

I have been working in the hotel industry since 2000. And I started from scratch - as a porter in Liverpool. I know every job that's needed in a hotel. Because I've done them all.

I've sat at the front desk and in the director's chairs. I know from my own experience that to be successful in the hotel industry, you have to have the desire to work all the time. A clear vision and, most importantly, a team of co-workers that he can rely on and who share the same goal. To succeed.

I am proud to count many of the colleagues I have met in my career to date among my personal friends.

How I work and achieve success

What do I start with as soon as you hire me?

First, I need to know the current financial performance of the hotel. All accounts payable, accounts receivable, total revenue and cost.

I'll go through the whole hotel. From the attic to the basement

I'll find out what your facility is like, how it stacks up against the competition. Because your perceptions may be skewed.

I will personally meet the staff

I'll do an HR audit. After that, it becomes clear very quickly who will stay in the team and help me implement the new vision.

I'll set up all the processes

From booking to guest departure. If there are mistakes, I will remove them and set the rules so that they do not happen again.

I analyze the business strategy and other settings

I will determine a healthy and competitive competition set of hotels in the area. I will develop HR, business and financial strategy. I will design an investment plan for the next period.

I'll prepare a new vision for the hotel

It is always different, but it always contains one important point: that tourists like to come back to the hotel often and pay adequately for it.

Residence Bologna

The adaptation of a unique functionalist house has created an equally unique hotel combining modern architecture and Renaissance. I welcomed my first guests there.

Charles Bridge Palace

Between 1366 and 1416 the house of the Inquisitors stood here. Since 2019, it has become a modern place with a touch of history. I was there when people started coming back.

Leon D'Oro

Two minutes from Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square is the Leon D'Oro Hotel. I helped open it to the world.
